PHASE 01
User Needs
This 1st phase needed to include the launch of the website, creative workshops & setting up the requirements.
PHASE 02
Development
The next stage included platform development, AI algorithms, internal testing and end-user testing.
PHASE 03
MVP
At this phase, the MVP release was scheduled for mid 2022, with internal testing and end-user testing as well.
PHASE 04
Validation
The penultimate phase should validate the long-term sustenability and include more end-user testing.
PHASE 05
Commercial
The last stage should include final validation for commercial version of the platform
